This is where everything started. My mom’s chocolate chip cookie recipe. The one I used to sit at the kitchen table destroying with a glass of cold milk and zero self-control.
Soft in the middle, golden on the edges, and loaded with chocolate chips. Not too sweet. Not trying to reinvent anything. Just a classic cookie doing what it does best...making you feel cozy, nostalgic and wanting to grab another.
Some things don’t need improving. This is one of them.
