Cookie and Beast Orders
When are cookies delivered?
Cookies are baked fresh and delivered every Friday. Place your order by Thursday at 11 AM and we'll get working on making it just for you.
Is there an order cutoff?
Yes. Orders must be placed by Thursday at 11 AM for that week’s delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We offer local delivery across most of Toronto. Enter your postal code at checkout and, if delivery is available in your area, you’ll see it as an option before placing your order.
Can I get cookies delivered?
Yes. Baked products are delivered every Friday to eligible Toronto postal codes. Enter your address at checkout and, if delivery is available in your area, you’ll see Friday Delivery as an option.

What is The Bearded Baker?
The original kitchen behind everything.
Where this all started, and where every cookie still comes from.
What makes these cookies different?
They’re made to order.
Nothing sitting on shelves, nothing mass-produced. Just real ingredients, baked fresh for Friday delivery.
How many cookies can I buy?
Cookies are sold in 6-packs or 12-packs, one flavour per pack.
It keeps things simple and ensures every batch is done right. But feel free to order as many packs as you like. Larger orders may take longer to prepare.
What is The Beast?
The Beast is somewhere between a cookie, a cake, and a pie. Comes in a 4" and 6" size and several flavours. Made for sharing, but we won't judge you if you don't.
How fresh are these cookies?
Oh they're fresh. We bake them the day you get them. It doesn't get much fresher than that.
Coffee - PÜRK Coffee Co.
How fresh is the coffee?
Your order is roasted the day it is shipped to you! Not sitting on a grocery store shelf for weeks or months. Just fresh coffee, the way it should be.
How do i get the coffee?
Coffee is shipped directly to you after roasting.
You’ll receive tracking details once it’s on the way.
What types of coffee do you offer?
A mix of single origin coffees and blends.
Each one is selected for balance, character, and how it fits into your daily routine.
Is your coffee Fair Trade?
Yes. All coffees are fair trade and responsibly sourced. Just the way it should be.
Can I order cookies with my coffee?
Yes, but they’re fulfilled differently:
- Cookies → local delivery
- Coffee → shipped fresh from the roastery
They won’t arrive together, but they belong together.
Cookie Daddy™ Merch
How do I receive my merch order?
Merch is made to order and shipped directly to you.
You’ll receive tracking once it’s on the way.
How long does it take to get my order?
Production usually takes a few days before shipping.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but you’ll see estimated timelines at checkout.
Can I return or exchange items?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out and we’ll make it right.
Because items are made to order, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change-of-mind.
Do these items fit true to size?
Most items fit true to size, but sizing details and a sizing guide are included on each product page.
Is merch limited?
Some pieces are released in drops and may not restock.
If you like something, don’t wait too long.
Where is the merch made?
Merch is produced through trusted partners and fulfilled close to your location when possible.
Can I order merch with cookies and coffee?
Yes, but everything is fulfilled separately:
- Merch → shipped
- Coffee → shipped
- Cookies → local delivery
Each product type follows its own process.
Order Changes
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, reach out as soon as possible.
We’ll do what we can, but timing matters.
Can I cancel my order?
If it hasn’t been fulfilled, we may be able to cancel it.
Once production has started, it can’t be cancelled.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it.
If it has, we won’t be able to reroute it.
Can I place large or bulk orders?
Yes. For larger orders or events, reach out directly and we’ll coordinate details.
