Returns & Refunds
We want you to feel good about every order. Because we offer different types of products, our policy varies slightly depending on what you purchased.
Cookies & Food (The Bearded Baker)
All cookie and food sales are final.
Everything is made fresh to order, and due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If something isn’t right with your order, contact us within 24 hours of pickup and we will review the issue and make it right where appropriate.
Coffee (PÜRK Coffee Co.)
Our coffee is roasted fresh and shipped shortly after.
We do not accept returns on coffee unless:

Your order arrives damaged, or

There is a clear quality issue
If there is an issue, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order.
Merchandise (Cookie Daddy)
Merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by our production partner.
We offer replacements or refunds only if:

The item is damaged

The item is defective

You received the wrong item
We do not accept returns for:

Incorrect sizing

Change of mind
If there’s an issue, contact us within 28 days of receiving your order and include photos if possible.
We may request photos to assess the issue before approving a replacement or refund.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Cookie orders cannot be changed or cancelled after the Wednesday 5 PM cutoff

Coffee and merchandise orders cannot be changed once they have been processed
