Shipping Policy

We run a slightly different operation around here. Some things are baked fresh, some are made to order, and some ship from our production partners. Here’s how it all works.


Merch (Apparel & Hats)

All Cookie Daddy merch is made to order. Your items are printed or embroidered after your order is placed.

  • Production time: 2–7 business days

  • Shipping begins after production is complete

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships

Merch may ship separately from cookies or coffee.

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in different packages on different days. This is normal.


Cookies & Baked Goods

Cookies and Beasts are baked fresh to order and are available for delivery in Toronto, unless otherwise stated.

Because everything is made fresh:

  • Orders must be placed before the weekly cutoff (Thursday at 11 AM)

  • Delivery takes place on Fridays between 12 PM and 8 PM

  • Order details will be provided after your order is confirmed

If delivery is available for your postal code, it will appear at checkout before you place your order.

These are small-batch, made-to-order products, not warehouse items.


Coffee

Our coffee is roasted the day it ships for maximum freshness.

  • Coffee ships separately from other items

  • Fulfilled by our roasting partners

  • Shipping timelines vary by location and will be shown at checkout


Local Pickup

If you selected local pickup, you will receive an email with instructions.

Please ensure:

  • Your email is correct at checkout

  • You arrive during the pickup window

  • You bring your order confirmation

If someone else is picking up your order, please let us know in advance.


Orders With Multiple Items

If your order includes merch, cookies, and/or coffee, items may be fulfilled separately.

This may result in:

  • Multiple packages

  • Different delivery dates

  • Separate tracking information

This is expected and part of how we operate.


Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or theft.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible, but resolution is not guaranteed.


Returns & Issues

Because merch is made to order and food is perishable, all sales are generally final.

If there is an issue with your order:

  • Cookies: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Coffee: Contact us immediately upon receiving your order

  • Merch: Contact us within 28 days of receiving your order

Please include your order number and photos where applicable.

We will review all issues and make it right where appropriate.
